Location Location Photography Team &/or Team LLP

Location Location Photography Team &/or Team LLP mean the same & are 2 people (Husband & Wife) that generally work together on a client or client's Photography Package purchased by a client or client's. Location Location Photography Team &/or Team LLP cannot be held responsible under any circumstances or can give any discounts or price reductions if only one of the Location Location Photography Team are available on the client or client's Photography Package Day.

Suitability of Location

Location Location Photography will always need to research, check & confirm to a potential client or clients regarding a chosen Photography Package Location & that it is suitable Photography work which Location Location Photography can undertake. If a client or client's sees a location in any of Location Location Photography Photograph Galleries that they would like to go to & have Photographs taken at this location. Please contact Team LLP using the Contact Details above to arrange a Photography Package.

Code of Conduct

Location Location Photography have a Photography Booking Code of Conduct to ensure that the client or client's understand what is acceptable & unacceptable to keep everyone happy & safe. Location Location Photography have the right to end a Photograph Package Day immediately if this Code of Conduct is not followed. 

This Code of Conduct states that;

1. Location Location Photography do not tolerate any Swearing, Bad Language, Sexual Language or Discriminative Language from the client or client's towards us, between client or client's, from the client or clients towards the general public, from the client or clients towards animals or from the client or clients towards anything else including all types of property.
2. Location Location Photography do not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse from the client or clients towards us, between client or client's, from the client or clients towards the general public, from the client or clients towards animals or from the client or clients towards anything else including all types of property.
3. Location Location Photography do not tolerate any physical contact between the client or client's & the Location Location Photography Team.
4. Location Location Photography do not tolerate the client or client's to touch or use Location Location Photography's equipment.
5. Location Location Photography do not tolerate the client or client's being undressed at anytime & all private areas must be covered at all times during the photography session.
6. Location Location Photography do not tolerate any sexual acts between the client or client's at any point during the Photography Package Day.
7. Location Location Photography do not tolerate the client or client's drinking excessive amounts of alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol during the photography Package Day.
8. Location Location Photography do not tolerate the client or client's taking drugs or being under the influence of drugs during the Photography Package Day unless prescribed for a medical condition.
9. Location Location Photography do not tolerate the client or clients using offensive weapons or objects in an offensive or aggressive way towards us, towards each other (the client or clients), towards the general public, towards animals or towards anything else including all types of property.

Location Location Photography's Location Photography Packages Disclaimer

1. Location Location Photography do not take any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to a client or clients & property of the client or clients during the client or clients chosen Location Photography Package on the client or clients chosen Photography Package Day.
2. Location Location Photography require the client or clients to keep a subject or subjects (People, Animals, Vehicles & Equipment) as still & calm as possible during all close up Photography to ensure clearer Photographic images. Location Location Photography will give a signal to the client or clients that the close up Photography has ended & to give Location Location Photography time to move all Photographic equipment to a safe location.
3. Location Location Photography can take a subject or subjects (People, Animals, Vehicles & Equipment) in motion if the client or clients has requested this & is described on the Photography Package Booking Contract. (Location Location Photography cannot guarantee any Photographic Image(s) taken when a subject or subjects (People, Animals, Vehicles & Equipment) are in motion will be a perfectly clear Image as some blurring may be visible).

Location Location Photography also reserve the right to end a Photography Package Day at any time if;

1. The Location is not as described by the client or client's when Location Location Photography arrive at your chosen Location.
2. The description of requirements on the Photography Booking Contract is not clearly described by the client or clients as Location Location Photography will only follow the client or clients description of requirements on the Photography Booking Contract. The client or clients will not be able to make any changes or variations on the Photography Package Day.
3. Other people (family, friends, colleague's of the client or client's) & animals are at the location or turn up during the Photography Package Day that Location Location Photography were not informed about on the Photography Package Booking Contract.
4. Other people & animals interfere with the client or clients Photography Package Day who are not associated with the client or clients Photography Booking.
5. If Location Location Photography arrives at the client or client's chosen time/location & the client or client's are not present, Location Location Photography will attempt to contact the client or client's to find out their whereabouts. If Location Location Photography fails to get a response from the client or client's within 30 minutes of the client or client's arranged Photography Package start time, Location Location Photography will cancel the client or client's Photography Package & no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Important Notice

Location Location Photography have the right to report any concerning issues to the correct authorities including the police where we believe it is necessary for the safety & welfare of ourselves, others, animals & all types of property.

Meeting, Greeting & Comfort Break's

Location Location Photography Photography Packages start at the time Team LLP meet & greet the client or client's at their chosen Location & Time even if the Meeting Point Location is not the Photography Location Point. Location Location Photography will take one 5 minute comfort break every 1 hour & 1 hour every 4 hours during a client or clients Chosen Photography Package (Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum). If the client or clients require a comfort break at any point during a Photography Package Day then the client or clients must inform Location Location Photography to stop taking Photographs until the client or clients tell Location Location Photography to resume taking Photographs.

Location Location Photography Contracts.

Location Location Photography have 2 different Contracts, a Location Location Photography Package Booking Contract &/or a Customised &/or Personalised Product Order Contract. These contracts are there to ensure that there is written evidence of the client or clients requirements to prevent there being a dispute regarding one of Location Location Photography Packages or Customised &/or Personalised Products. When a client contacts Location Location Photography to discuss their requirements Location Location Photography will select one or both of the 2 Location Location Photography Contracts that is suitable for you the client or clients & your requirements.

A Photography Package Booking Contract is for the sale of a Location Location Photography's Photography Package(s). When a potential client or clients contacts Location Location Photography to discuss their Photography Package(s) requirements. This is what happens next:

• Location Location Photography will firstly ask the potential client or clients about their chosen date & Location & if it is the type of Photography work Location Location Photography are happy to undertake.
• If the client or clients get the go ahead from Location Location to proceed with your Photography Booking. Location Location Photography will then discuss with the client or clients about their requirements & it is the client or clients responsibility to inform Location Location Photography with the exact details of location, times, preferences. It is important that if the client or clients are requiring photographs of Large Groups of People (Weddings, Christenings, Corporate Events, Shows & Festivals) to organise the people in advance & who the client or clients would like to be captured in the photographs. 
• Location Location Photography will need to know in advance about the Groups of Photographs required. Here are some examples 

1. Wedding & Christening Photography Groups could include; Couples (Parent(s) & Baby, Guardians) to Close Family to Full Family to Family & Friends Photographs.  
2. Corporate Events, Shows & Festivals Photography Groups could include; Business Owners to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to Managing Directors to Workforce Photographs. 

• This will help Location Location Photography to capture as many Photographs as possible on the Photography Package Day.
• Location Location Photography will then ask the client or clients if they have read Location Location Photography's Terms & Conditions. If the client or clients is/are happy to proceed & provisionally book their chosen date (Held for a Maximum of 14 Days) Location Location Photography will then ask for the client or clients contact details which will include: Title, First & Surname, Address, Contact Telephone/Mobile Number & Email Address.
• Location Location Photography will then produce 3 identical Photography Package(s) Booking Contract Copies that will include a description of the clients requirements & Location Location Photography's Terms & Conditions.
• 1 Photography Package(s) Booking Contract Copy is for Location Location Photography's records.
• 1 Photography Package(s) Booking Contract Copy is for the client or clients records.
• 1 Photography Package(s) Booking Contract Copy is for the client or clients to carefully read through & to check the description of the requirements are correct. If the description is correct the client or clients must then sign & date this Contract Copy & return it within 14 days to Location Location Photography, Birdwell Lodge, Pilley Hill, Birdwell, Barnsley, S70 5UD to secure your Photography Package Booking. 
• Once the signed Photography Package(s) Booking Contract Copy has been returned & you have paid in full. Location Location Photography will send you the client or clients either an Email or Letter to confirm that your Photography Package(s) Booking Contract Copy & payment has been received & is booked. Once confirmed this Photography Package(s) is non-refundable under any circumstances prior to your Photography Package(s) booked date.
• Once your Photography Package(s) is signed & confirmed as booked no changes can be made unless you the client or clients contact Location Location Photography to discuss any new requirements. All changes are subject to Location Location Photography's Availability, Alteration Charge & Location Location Photography are happy to undertake the client or clients new requirements.
• Any changes to original requirements will result in a new Photography Package(s) Booking Contract being produced. Please note there is a £50.00 Alteration Charge each time a new Photography Package Booking Contract has to be produced. Changes to your Photography Package can only be made up to 28 days prior to your actual Photography Package Date.
• Location Location Photography will only offer a refund under certain circumstances after the clients chosen Photography Package(s) Booking date has passed. Please see Location Location Photography's Unforeseen Circumstances section for more details.

A Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract is for the sale of any of Location Location Photography's Photography Photographs & Products. When a potential client or clients contacts Location Location Photography to discuss a Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s). This is what happens next:

• Location Location Photography will carefully discuss with the client or clients about a Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) to ensure the Contract Order is exactly what the client or clients require & is the responsibility of the client or clients to ensure that the Order Contract is correct & exactly what the client or clients require.
• Location Location Photography will then ask the client or clients if they have read Location Location Photography's Terms & Conditions. If the client is happy to proceed with their order. Location Location Photography will then ask for the client or clients contact details which will include: Title, First & Surname, Address, Contact Telephone/Mobile Number & Email Address.
• Location Location Photography will then produce 3 identical Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract Copies that will include a description of the client or clients requirements & Location Location Photography's Terms & Conditions.
• 1 Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract Copy is for Location Location Photography's records.
• 1 Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract Copy is for the client or clients records
• 1 Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract Copy is for the client or clients to carefully read through & to check the description of the requirements are correct. If the description is correct the client must then sign & date this Contract Copy & return it within 14 days (28 days for when you the client is choosing Photographic Images for your chosen Photograph Album) to Location Location Photography, Birdwell Lodge, Pilley Hill, Birdwell, Barnsley, S70 5UD to secure your Photography Product(s) Order. 
• Once the signed Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract Copy has been returned & you have paid in full. Location Location Photography will send you the client or clients either an Email or Letter to confirm that your Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract & payment has been received & is being processed. 
• Once your Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order is confirmed & is being processed no changes can be made & the client or clients chosen Customised &/or Personalised Product(s) Order is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The client or clients must follow Location Location Photography's Delivery Instructions upon receiving your order(s) in the unlikely event that your product(s) arrive damaged.

Customised &/or Personalised Product(s) are the sale of any Customised &/or Personalised Photograph &/or Product(s) from Location Location Photography's Website. (Photograph Albums are only available to a client or clients who have purchased a Photography Package from Location Location Photography). A Customised &/or Personalised Product(s) includes: 

• Any Location Location Photography Photographs in any size, Any Mounted Photographs in any size, Any Window Mounted Photographs in any size, Any Framed Photographs in any size or Any Giclee Photographic Canvases in any size, & any additional options including Any Laminated Photographs in any size (Please Note All Laminated Photographic Images have a shorter lifespan than those that are not Laminated due to the Lamination Shrinkage), Any Wall Hanging Options, Any Frame Anti Reflective Glass Upgrade Option in any size.
• Any Location Location Photography Photograph Album in any size. All Photograph Albums which come in the 2 Options of how the Photographic Images are chosen for the clients Album. [Please see below for options].

• [Photograph Album Option 1. You the client or clients may choose any Photograph Album in any size & any orientation (Portrait, Landscape or Square) from Location Location Photography's website. After you the client or clients have chosen your Photograph Album you may choose up to a maximum of 60 Photographic images taken on your Package Day & give Location Location Photography permission to arrange them in your chosen Photograph Album in Photograph Image Code Order & in any orientation (Portrait, Landscape or Square) unless you the client or client's request certain Images on certain Album Pages. Once you the client or clients has received your Photographic images on Crystal USB Stick you have 28 days to choose up to the maximum of 60 Photograph images for your chosen Photograph Album. Each image chosen will have a corresponding Photograph Image Code that must be submitted to Location Location Photography. When Location Location Photography receives this information Location Location Photography will produce a Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract with a description of Photograph Image Code requirements & the Order Contract will also state; 'That you the client give Location Location Photography permission to arrange your chosen images in your chosen Photograph Album unless you the client or client's request other Photograph Album production requirements'. (Please see our Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract section above for details).]
• Location Location Photography cannot send a Proof Copy of the finished Photograph Album for Approval by the client or client's before being produced & the client or client's must give Location Location Photography full permission to choose the organisation & orientation of the client or client's chosen images unless the client or client's choose certain images for certain pages in the Photograph Album. The client or clients will have to accept that once the client or clients Photograph Album has been produced then no changes can be made whatsoever & no refunds can be given & Location Location Photography cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. 

• [Photograph Album Option 2. You the client or clients may choose any Photograph Album in any size & any orientation (Portrait, Landscape or Square) from Location Location Photography's website. After you the client or clients have chosen your Photograph Album you may choose to give Location Location Photography permission to choose up to a maximum 60 Photographic images taken on your Package Day & to arrange them in your chosen Photograph Album in Photograph Image Code Order & in any orientation (Portrait, Landscape or Square). When Location Location Photography receives this information Location Location Photography will produce a Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract with a description of your requirements & the Order Contract will also state; 'That you the client or clients give Location Location Photography permission to choose & arrange your images in your chosen Photograph Album in Image Code Order'. (Please see our Customised &/or Personalised Photography Product(s) Order Contract section above for details).]
• Location Location Photography cannot send a Proof Copy of the finished Photograph Album for Approval by the client or client's before being produced & the client or client's must give Location Location Photography full permission to choose the organisation & orientation of the client or client's chosen images in the Photograph Album. The client or clients will have to accept that once the client or clients Photograph Album has been produced then no changes can be made whatsoever & no refunds can be given & Location Location Photography cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. 

All Other Photograph Album Customisation &/or Personalised Options Include;

• Any Photograph Album Style Option (Classic, Layflat or Mounted) in any size, Any Photograph Album Orientation Option (Portrait, Landscape or Square), Any Colour of Binding/Cover Option, Any Material Binding/Cover Option (Leather, Leatherette or Linen), Any Front Cover Option (This includes Any Photographic Image, Any Characters or Text in Any Colour, Any Black or White Logos or Graphics), Any Core Colour Option (Please see Location Location Photography's Photograph Album section on the Customisation Page for all Photograph Album options available). 
• Any Duplicate Album(s) (These are smaller book format versions of the original Photograph Album, not in the Album Style Options) in any size, Any Orientation Option (Portrait, Landscape or Square), Any Colour of Binding/Cover Option, Any Material Binding/Cover Option (Leather or Linen), Any Front Cover Option (This includes Any Photographic Image are added as a wrap to a Duplicate Album that will be covered in a Black Leather Binding/Cover, Any Characters or Text in Any Colour, Any Black or White Logos or Graphics), Any Core Colour Option. (Please see Location Location Photography's Photograph Album section on the Customisation Page for all Photograph Album options available). 
• Any Photograph Album Presentation Box(s) in any Size Option, Any Orientation Option (Portrait, Landscape or Square), Any Front Cover Option, (This includes; Any Photographic image which is only available for the premium wooden Photograph Presentation Boxes, Any Characters or Text in Any Colour, Any Black or White Logos or Graphics), (Please see Location Location Photography's Photograph Album section on the Customisation Page for all Photograph Album Presentation Box options available). 
• Any USB Crystal Memory Sticks in Any Colour Option (Chrome, Gold & Rose Gold), Any Character or Text Option on the clear Crystal area of the USB Stick. (Please see Location Location Photography's Customisation Page for all options available). 
• Any USB Memory Stick Presentation Box(s) & Case(s) that have Any Colour Binding/Cover Option, Any Material Binding/Cover Option (Leather or Linen), Front Cover Option (This includes Any Characters or Text in Dark Or Light Grey to contrast your Material Binding/Cover Option. (Please see Location Location Photography's Customisation Page for all options available). 
• Any USB Memory Stick Tin(s), (This includes Any Photographic Images for the front of the tin, Any Characters or Text in Any Colour, Any Black or White Logos or Graphics),  (Please see Location Location Photography's Customisation Page for all options available). 
• All Location Location Photography Customisation &/or Personalised Products on this website are subject to Slight Colour Variations from the images shown, Availability & Price Fluctuations.

Product/Products Availability & Price Fluctuations

All Location Location Photography's Products advertised on Location Location Photography's website are subject to Availability & Price Fluctuations & the Availability & Price Fluctuations of a Product/Products are completely out of the control of Location Location Photography & Location Location Photography cannot be held responsible under any circumstances if a Product/Products are Unavailable or if the Price Fluctuates.

Purchasing a Product or Products

A client or client's can only purchase a Location Location Photography Product if a client or client's chooses one of Location Location Photography Photographs from any of Location Location Photography's Photograph Gallery Pages. Also Location Location Photography only produce photographs for client or client's who have purchased & had a Location Location Photography Package & will only produce products from the images taken on the Photography Package Day.

Gift Vouchers

Location Location Photography Gift Vouchers can be purchased by a client or client's as a gift for another client or client's. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the Location Location Photography's Gift Voucher to contact Team LLP to arrange a Location Location Photography Package. All Location Location Photography Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 Months from the date shown on the front of the Gift Voucher. 

Discounts

Any discounts offered or applied are entirely at the discretion of Location Location Photography & are only available per signed Booking or Order Contract.

Marketing, Model Release & Image(s) Release 

Location Location Photography will ask you the client or clients at the time of booking a Photography Package if you the client or clients will or will not sign a Location Location Photography Marketing, Model Release & Image(s) Release Consent/Permission Form to give Location Location Photography consent to use any Photograph for Marketing/Selling Purposes on Location Location Photography's website. If you allow Location Location Photography permission to choose & use any of you the client or client's Photographs for Marketing/Selling Purposes, Location Location Photography will give you the client or client's up to 50% Off one of Location Location Photography's Products available on this website. This does not include Photograph Albums.

Archiving

Location Location Photography are offering all clients the opportunity to have the Photographs taken at their chosen Photography Location stored in a secure Location on one or more of Location Location Photography's Crystal Memory Sticks for 10 years at Location Location Photography's Headquarters. You the client or clients will have to give your Permission/Consent to allow Location Location Photography to Archive Your Photographs & you the client or clients must keep Location Location Photography updated with your contact details each year. After the 10 years Location Location Photography will contact you via Email or Letter asking you the client or clients if you would like Location Location Photography to send you the client or clients your Photographic Images that have been stored on the Memory stick(s) or delete them.

Quality Checked

Each Photography Product(s) ordered by a client or clients is Quality Checked by Location Location Photography to ensure it is in perfect condition before Location Location Photography Package the client or clients Photography Product/Products & send them via our designated courier service. Location Location Photography will send you the client or clients an email to confirm that your Photography Product(s) have been Quality Checked & has been collected by our designated courier service & will be delivered to you the client or clients shortly.

Delivery Times

Location Location Photography cannot always guarantee the stated delivery timescales on any of Location Location Photography's Products due to third party involvement in the production of your order(s). Location Location Photography will keep you the client or clients informed via email if the client or clients order is going to be delayed in any way. 

Exchanges

Location Location Photography will not be able to exchange a product unless the following Terms & Conditions are followed by you the client or clients.

1. Upon receipt of you the client or clients taking delivery of your Photography Product Order you the client or clients must take Photographs on all sides, edges, & corners of the packaging before opening.
2. Then take at least 5 Photographs as the Photography Product is removed from the cardboard box.
3. Then take at least an additional 5 Photographs as the Photography Product is removed out of it's packaging.
4. If the Photography Product is damaged you must take further Photographic evidence of the damage & it's location on the product.
5. Any Photography Product that is damaged must be reported via email within 24 hours of receiving the order along with all Photographic evidence requested above.
6. If the damage is reported within the 24 hour time limit Location Location Photography will contact you the client or clients via email & ask you to carefully re pack the Photography Product in the original packaging that it was delivered in & return it to Location Location Photography as soon as possible. You the client or clients will have to arrange & pay for the return of the faulty product(s) by a courier service of the client or clients choice. 
7. When Location Location Photography receives the Photography Product Location Location Photography will compare the reported damage to the photographic evidence submitted to Location Location Photography by you the client or clients. If the damage matches the evidence then Location Location Photography will replace the Photography Product & offer you the client or clients 10% discount off any other Location Location Photography Product.

Location Location Photography do not give refunds on any Location Photography Package or Photography Products as all payments are non refundable under any circumstances. This includes any return costs for faulty items.

Additional Charges for Travelling, Car Parking, Admission &/or Accommodation Facilities for a Photography Package Location

Location Location Photography will add the cost of any Travelling, Car Parking, Admission Charges &/or Accommodation Facilities required for the client or clients Photography Package as necessary. 

Location Location Photography require the client or clients Photograph Package Location to be within a 1 mile radius of the Car Parking Facilities. The client or clients are required to inform Location Location Photography about Parking Restrictions, Parking Price's & Parking Time's at the time of booking a Photography Package as this information will be included in the Photography Booking Contract.

Location Location Photography will require Accommodation Facilities if the client or clients Photography Package Location is over 100 miles radius (Bronze, Silver & Gold Photography Packages) & is over 50 miles radius (Platinum Photography Packages) from Location Location Photography's Headquarters & Accommodation Facilities may be required depending on the client or clients chosen Photography Package & Time of Day chosen by the client or clients Photography Package to take place. The price of Any Accommodation Facilities required by Location Location Photography will be added in to the client or clients Photography Booking Contract.

Location Location Photography will need information from the client or clients of the type of terrain the client or client's Photography Package Location is so the Location Location Photography Team can dress appropriately on the Photography Package Day.

We charge 25 pence per minute for travelling to your chosen location after the first 30 minutes.

Permissions For Photographing within an Attraction

If you the client or clients are requiring your chosen Photography Package to take place within an attraction (Stately Home/Gardens) you must contact them on Location location Photography's behalf if they will grant Location Location photography & you the client or clients permission to take Photographs within the attraction. You the client or clients must provide proof of permission in the form of a letter or email from the attraction stating the permissions & conditions for this including a Contact Name & Number to verify with the attraction. 

Infringement Clause

At Location Location Photography it is not our intention to infringe on any rights or copyrights of any person, wildlife, animal, plant, building or place. If there is an image shown on Location Location Photography's website & that you know infringes on any rights or copyrights then please write to Location Location Photography including the relevant documentation regarding the rights or copyrights of the person, wildlife, animal, plant, building or place. Once Location Location Photography receive any documentation regarding the rights or copyrights of a person, wildlife, animal, plant, building or place Location Location Photography will remove this image from the Location Location Photography website.   

Unforeseen Circumstances

Location Location Photography has the right to cancel any Photography Package Day at any time if any Unforeseen Circumstances or situations arise (Personal or Business) & that are completely out of our control. These Unforeseen Circumstances are not a totally inclusive list of reasons for cancelling any Photography Package Day & may or may not include these reasons;

Health Conditions 

1. It is the responsibility of both Location Location Photography & the client or clients to confirm that both parties are in good health & are not suffering from any illnesses other than illnesses that Location Location Photography have been informed about & is described on the Photography Booking Contract.
2. If Location Location Photography or the client or client's are suffering from any illnesses then the Photography Package Day will have to be postponed until a new date is agreed with both Location Location Photography & the client or clients. There will be no charge for these Unforeseen Circumstances reasons.
3. If the client or client's does not inform Location Location Photography they are suffering from any illnesses & Location Location Photography arrive & the client/client's are then showing symptoms of an illness Location Location Photography have the right to cancel the Photography Package Day immediately & no refund will be given.
4. If the client or client's start to show symptoms of an illness during a Photography Package Day Location Location Photography have the right to cancel & postpone the Photography Package Day immediately. This Photography Package Day will be postponed until a new date is agreed with both Location Location Photography & the client or clients.
5. If Location Location Photography become ill during the Photography Package Day we have the right to cancel the Photography Package Day immediately. This Photography Package Day will be postponed until a new date is agreed with both Location Location Photography & the client or clients.

Other Unforeseen Circumstances may include;

Location Location Photography are dedicated Photographer's & during any comfort breaks we will check through some of your Photographic Images taken earlier on your Photography Package Day & if for any reason your images are not quite right for example (lighting, positions, foreign objects in the images, for example (Insects, Birds, People, Animals or Weather Conditions). Location Location Photography will then ask you the client or clients if they would like to return to one or more of a previous Photograph Location on that day from your Photography Package Day to take additional Photographic Images as Location Location Photography do not alter, manipulate or superimpose photographs to correct them in anyway. Location Location Photography's Photographs are taken in a way to try & avoid foreign objects being in the client or client's photographs but this is not always 100% guaranteed & Location Location Photography cannot be held responsible in anyway for foreign objects in any of a client or client's photographs.

Also Location Location Photography cannot be held responsible in any way if;

• Location Location Photography's Equipment becomes Faulty or Damaged at any point during your Photography Package Day.
• There is any Loss of Any Photographic Images which are taken on your planned Photography Package Day due to Corrupted Image Files, Faulty or Damaged Equipment.
• Any Photographic Images which are taken on your planned Photography Package Day are Distorted or Blurred or Images contain Foreign Objects for example  (Insects, Birds, People, Animals or Weather Conditions).

If for any reason listed above in this Other Unforeseen Circumstances section that something happens to the client or clients Photographic Images that is completely out of Location Location Photography's control or if Location Location Photography decide that a large percentage (75% Plus) of any Photographic Images taken are unusable or  if Location Location Photography's Equipment is or becomes Faulty or Damaged prior or during the client or clients Photography Session then Location Location Photography will offer you 2 Options.

• Option 1, An alternative Photography Package Identical to your original Photography Package Choice (this does not include Travel, Parking &/or Accommodation Expenses) & 50% off one of Location Location Photography's Products.
• Option 2, A full refund of your chosen Photography Package (minus Travel, Parking &/or Accommodation Expenses) & 50% off one of Location Location Photography's Products.

Weather Conditions

Weather Conditions that are considered as hazardous to travel or to use Photographic Equipment in include Heavy Rain, Storm's, Wind, Gale's, Ice, Lying Snow, Falling Snow/Blizzards, Fog & Mist. If the Forecasted Weather Conditions &/or Actual Weather Conditions or if the Weather Conditions deteriorate during a client or client's Photography Package Day and falls into one of the listed Weather Conditions above then this would prevent the client or client's Photography Package Day taking place or continuing or Location Location Photography using their Photographic Equipment. This Photography Package Day will be postponed until a new date is agreed with both Location Location Photography & the client or clients at no extra cost to the client or clients except for Travel, Parking &/or Accommodation Expenses.

Location Location Photography cannot be held responsible if Location Location Photography &/or the client or client's are late to the client or client's chosen location due to Travel Restrictions & these could include Roadworks, Traffic Jams, Road Accident's or Faulty Vehicle's.

Covid-19

Location Location Photography & the client or clients must follow the Government guidelines at all times to ensure that we all stay safe.  If for any reasons local or national restrictions are put into place that prevent Location Location Photography or a client or clients travelling to the client or clients chosen Photography Package Location then Location Location Photography will arrange an alternative Photography Package Date with the client or clients at no extra cost.
