We currently collect and process the following information:

First Names, Middle Names & Surnames

Home &/or Business &/or Location Address & Post Codes

Home &/or Business Telephone Numbers (Land Line &/or Mobile)

Date Of Birth (This depends on the Personalised Option Chosen when ordering a Product/Products)

Other Notable Dates (This depends on the Personalised Option/Options Chosen when ordering a Product/Products. For Examples Christening Date, Graduation Date, Engagement Date, Wedding Date etc.)

Location Location Photography may collect website user statistics for website usage information.

Location Location Photography will collect Financial Information during a Financial Transaction from a client or client's Bank or Building Society etc. For example a Client or Client's Name/Surname, Sort Code, Account Number & a Transaction Reference Number.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you the client or client's for one of the following reasons:

Location Location Photography will collect a client or client's personal preferences (likes & dislikes) for use of taking photographs of the client or client's on their Photography Package Day. 

Location Location Photography will need the client or client's permission to use their Photographic Images taken on the client or client's Photography Package Day to produce any Customised &/or Personalised Photographic Image using Location Location Photography's Third Party Suppliers. The client or clients Photographic Images will be submitted using a third parties website via Location Location Photography's electronic device's for the production of the client or client's Photographic &/or Customised &/or Personalised Product/Products.

We will require permission from the client or clients to share personal information with our third party suppliers for the production & delivery of the client or client's Photographic Images &/or Customised &/or Personalised Product/Products.

Location Location Photography will ask the client or client's for permission using a Consent Form if Location Location Photography can choose & use a Photographic Image of the client or client's on the client or client's Photography Package Day for Marketing/Selling Purposes.

Location Location Photography will ask the client or client's for permission using a Consent Form if the client or client's request that Location Location Photography can Archive the client or client's Photographic Images which will be stored securely at Location Location Photography's Address from their Photography Package Day on a USB Memory Stick for a maximum of 10 years. During the Ninth Year Location Location Photography will contact the client or clients to ask them if they would like the Archived Photographic Images returning or deleting. After this time the client or clients details will also be deleted.  

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Location Location Photography.

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on a Client/Clients Paper Contract(s), Email, USB Memory Stick at Location Location Photography's Address.

Location Location Photography will destroy the client or client's Paper Contracts by shredding them 28 days after the client or clients are happy & have taken receipt of all Customised &/or Personalised Photographic Images or Product &/or Products from Location Location Photography.

Location Location Photography will delete the client or clients personal information (data) from all Location Location Photography's Electronic device's 28 days after the client or clients are happy & have taken receipt of all Customised &/or Personalised Photographic Images or Product &/or Products from Location Location Photography.

Location Location Photography will only need a client or client's permission to keep their personal information if the client or clients request their Photographic Images Archiving for the maximum of 10 years. 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
