Public Liability Insurance

Location Location Photography Team has Public Liability Insurance.

Location Location Photography &/or Team LLP

Location Location Photography &/or Team LLP mean the same & are 2 people (Husband & Wife) that generally work together on a client or client's Photography Product Contract.

Location Location Photography Products

Location Location Photography Website Products may only be purchased by a client(s) who have previously purchased a Photography Package & had Photographs taken by Team LLP on their chosen Photography Contract Date or are a client(s) Purchasing a Photograph Product from the Location Location Photography Website. 

Photography Product Order Contract

• A Photography Product Order Contract is to ensure that there is written evidence of the client(s) requirements.. 
• When a client(s) contact Team LLP or Team LLP contact a client(s). Team LLP will ask about the type of photography required, prior to a Photography Product Order Contract being completed.
• If both parties, client(s) & Team LLP are happy to proceed, then Team LLP will start to complete a Photography Product Order Contract & Team LLP will need to know the following information.

Photography Product Order Contract Information

• The client(s) contact details which will include: Title, First & Surname, Address, Contact Telephone/Mobile Number & Email Address.
• Team LLP will carefully discuss with the client(s) about the Photography Product they require to ensure the Photography Product Order Contract is exactly what they require & it is the responsibility of the client(s) to ensure that the Photography Product Order Contract is correct. Team LLP will double check with the client(s) to ensure that the Photography Product Order Contract is exactly to their requirements. 
• Team LLP will ask the client(s) if they have read these Photography Product Order Contract Terms & Conditions as this is an important part of the Photography Product Order Contract between Team LLP & the client(s). 
• Once the client(s) Photography Product Order Contract has been completed & the client(s) have provisionally ordered their chosen Photography Product, Team LLP will hold this Contract for a Maximum of 14 Days.
• During this time Team LLP will send the client(s) a Copy of the Photography Product Order Contract for them to read, check the details & sign that they agree to the Photography Product Order Contract. The client(s) must make a copy of the Photography Product Order Contract for their records.
• Once the client(s) have signed the Photography Product Order Contract they must return it via email to locationlocationphotography21@gmail.com
• On return of the Photography Product Order Contract a Non-refundable 100% Payment is due to secure the client(s) chosen Photography Product.
• Team LLP will send the client(s) a Payment Confirmation Email once a payment has been received.
• If the client(s) do not pay the full balance of the Photography Product within the 14 days then their chosen Photography Product Order Contract may be Cancelled.
• Once your Photography Product Order Contract has been signed, returned & confirmed as booked no changes can be made. 

Gift Vouchers

• Location Location Photography Gift Vouchers can be purchased by a client(s) from £50.00.
• More than one Location Location Photography Gift Vouchers can be redeemed off any Photography Package or Product(s). 
• It is the responsibility of the recipient of the Location Location Photography's Gift Voucher to contact Team LLP to arrange a Location Location Photography Package.
• All Location Location Photography Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 Months from the date shown on the front of the Gift Voucher.

Discounts

• Any discounts offered or applied are entirely at the discretion of Location Location Photography & will be deducted off Photography Packages &/or Photography Products when a Photography Package/Product Contract is completed. 

Code of Conduct during the fulfilment of a Photography Product Order Contract

• Team LLP do not tolerate any Anti Social Behaviour, Verbal or Physical abuse from the client(s), between client(s), between the client(s) family, friends or associates, from the client(s) towards the general public, animals or property.
• Location Location Photography have the right to report any concerning issues to the correct authorities.
• Location Location Photography have the right to cancel a Photograph Product Contract immediately if this Code of Conduct is not followed.

Photography Product Contract Disclaimer

• Team LLP do not take any responsibility for loss, damage to property or injury to a client(s) or persons associated with the client(s) during the completion & fulfilment of the Photography Product Order Contract.

Photography Product Quality Check

• Each Photography Product ordered by a client(s) is Quality Checked by Team LLP to ensure it is in perfect condition.
• Team LLP will then carefully package the client(s) Photography Product & send your order via our designated courier service. 
• Team LLP will send the client(s) an email to confirm that your Photography Product have been Quality Checked & has been collected by our designated courier service & will be delivered to you shortly.

Production & Delivery Times

• Team LLP cannot be held responsible for delayed orders.
• Team LLP cannot be held responsible when a stated delivery timescale is not met due to third party (courier) involvement.
• Team LLP will keep the client(s) informed via email on production & delivery if the order is going to be delayed in any way. 

Product Exchanges Terms & Conditions

Team LLP will not be able to exchange a product unless the following Terms & Conditions are followed upon your Photography Product being delivered;

• The client(s) taking delivery of your Photography Product Order you must take Photographs on all sides, edges, & corners of the packaging before opening.
• The client(s) must then take at least 5 Photographs as the Photography Product is removed from the cardboard box.
• The client(s) must then take at least an additional 5 Photographs as the Photography Product is removed out of it's packaging.
• If the client(s) Photography Product is damaged you must take further Photographic evidence of the damage & it is on the product.
• Any Photography Product that is damaged must be reported via email within 24 hours of receiving the order along with all Photographic evidence requested above & the evidence of damage must be visible. 
• If the damage is reported & is visible & is within the 24 hour time limit Team LLP will contact you the client(s) via email & ask you to carefully re pack the Photography Product in the original packaging that it was delivered in & return it to Team LLP as soon as possible. Client(s) will have to arrange & pay for the return of the damaged product by a courier service of the client(s) choice. 
• When Team LLP receives the damaged Photography Product it will be compared with the reported photographic evidence. 
• If the damage matches the evidence then Team LLP will replace the Photography Product & offer the client(s) a 10% discount off any other Location Location Photography Product.

No Refund Policy

• Location Location Photography do not give refunds on any Photography Products & all Payments are Non-Refundable under any Circumstances. This includes any Return Costs for Faulty Items.

Infringement Clause

• At Location Location Photography it is not our intention to infringe on any rights or copyrights of any person, wildlife, animal, plant, building or place. 
• If there is an image shown on Location Location Photography's website & that you know infringes on any rights or copyrights then please write to Location Location Photography including the relevant documentation regarding the rights or copyrights of the person, wildlife, animal, plant, building or place. 
• Once Location Location Photography receive any documentation regarding the rights or copyrights of a person, wildlife, animal, plant, building or place Location Location Photography will remove this image from the Location Location Photography website.
