Photography Package Order Form Terms & Conditions (T&C's)

Location Location Photography have the right to change & update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Public Liability Insurance

Location Location Photography Team has Public Liability Insurance.

Location Location Photography &/or Team LLP

Location Location Photography &/or Team LLP mean the same & are 2 people (Husband & Wife) that generally work together on a client(s) Photography Package purchased by a client(s). Team LLP cannot be held responsible under any circumstances or can give any discounts or price reductions if only either the Husband or Wife are available on the client(s) Photography Package Day.

Location Location Photography, Photography Package Order Form

  • A Photography Package Order Form is to ensure that there is written evidence of the client(s) requirements.. 
  • When a client(s) contact Team LLP or Team LLP contact a client(s). Team LLP will ask about the type of photography required, prior to a Photography Package Order Form being completed.
  • If both parties, client(s) & Team LLP are happy to proceed, then Team LLP will start to complete a Photography Package Order Form & Team LLP will need to know the following information. 

Photography (Package) Order Form Information

  • The client(s) contact details which will include: Title, First & Surname, Address, Contact Telephone/Mobile Number & Email Address.
  • The client(s) exact details of Locations, Dates, Times of where they would like the photography to take place.
  • The client(s) will be asked what type of Photography Service they require (this now includes Backdrop Photography).
  • The client(s) will be asked if they are requiring photographs of Large Groups of People & if so these must be organised by the client(s) & who they would like to be captured in these photographs, it would be helpful if the client(s) could provide a list of photographs required.
  • The client(s) have to read & agree with the Photography Package Order Form Terms & Conditions as this is an important part of the Photography Package Order Form. 
  • Once the client(s) Photography Package Order Form has been completed & the client(s) have provisionally booked their chosen date, Team LLP will hold this date for a Maximum of 14 Days.
  • During this time Team LLP the client(s) will be sent their copies of the Photography Package Order Form for them to read, check the details & sign that they agree to the Photography Package Order From.
  • Once the client(s) have signed their Copies of Photography Package Order Form they must take a Photo of each page of the Photography Package Order Form & return it to Team LLP via email; locationlocationphotography21@gmail.com
  • On receiving the Photography Package Order Form Team LLP will contact the client(s) & ask them to make a 50% Non-refundable Deposit that will secure the client(s) chosen Photography Package & Date. 
  • The client(s) Full Balance is then due 28 days prior to the Photography Package Date.
  • If the client(s) chosen Date is within 28 days of booking then a Non-refundable 100% Payment is due to secure the client(s) chosen Photography Package & Date.
  • Team LLP will send the client(s) a Payment Confirmation Email once a payment has been received.
  • If the client(s) do not pay either the deposit &/or balance by the due date then their chosen Photography Package & Date may be Cancelled.
  • Once your Photography Order Form has been signed, returned & confirmed as booked the client(s) cannot make any changes unless the client(s) contact Team LLP to discuss these changes or new requirements. All changes must be agreed by both Team LLP & the client(s). 
  • Changes can be made up to 21 days before the Date of the Photography Package.
  • There is no charge for changes or alterations unless a new Photography Package Order Form needs to be completed at a charge of £50.00.

Additional Charges for Travelling, Car Parking, Admission, Accommodation

Travelling

  • The client(s) must inform Team LLP about the distance from Junction 36 of the M1 Motorway to their Photography Location & this information will be included in the Photography Package Order Form. 
  • Team LLP charge £1 per mile for each mile over the included mileage of the client(s) chosen Photography Package to the location.

Car Parking

  • The client(s) must inform Team LLP about any Parking Arrangements for their Photography Location & this information will be included in the Photography Package Order Form.
  • Team LLP require the client(s) Photograph Package Location to be as close as possible to the Car Parking Facilities.
  • The client(s) are required to inform Team LLP about Parking Restrictions, Parking Price's & Parking Time's.
  • Team LLP will charge for the Car Parking at the rate charged.

Admission

  • The client(s) must inform Team LLP about any Admission Charges for their Photography Location & this information will be included in the Photography Package Order Form. 
  • Team LLP will charge for the Admission of the rate charged.

Accommodation

  • The client(s) must inform Team LLP about any Accommodation Arrangements for their Photography Location & this information will be included in the Photography Package Order Form.
  • Team LLP will require Accommodation if the client(s) Photography Package Location is over a 100 miles from Junction 36 of the M1 Motorway or if the Photography Package time is after 6.00pm on an evening. 
  • Team LLP require the client(s) Photograph Package Location to be within 10 miles of the Accommodation.
  • Team LLP will arrange & charge for the Accommodation at the rate charged.

Suitability of Location

  • The client(s) must describe the Location of where they would like their Photography Package to take place & it will be totally at Team LLP's discretion to whether it is a suitable for Photography Service Requested & this information will be included in the Photography Package Order Form. 

Permissions For Photographing within an Attraction

  • If a client(s) would like their Photography Package to take place within the grounds, property or an attraction (Stately Home/Gardens) it is the client(s) responsibility to contact them & get permission.
  • If the client(s) is granted permission for Location Location Photography to take Photograph's of the client(s) & any other persons named on the Photography Package Order Form then the client(s) must provide proof of permission in the form of a letter or email from the attraction stating the permissions & conditions for this including a Contact Name & Number to verify this with the attraction. 

Marketing, Model Release & Image(s) Release 

  • Location Location Photography will ask the client(s) when a Photography Package Order Form if you would agree to Marketing, Model & Image(s) Release in the form of a Consent Signature.
  • The client(s) are under no obligation to consent for Marketing, Model & Image(s) Release. 
  • If the client(s) give Location Location Photography consent in the form of a signature, Location Location Photography may use any Photographs taken during the client(s) Photography Package Date & use them for Marketing Purposes on the Location Location Photography's website & for advertising.
  • The client(s) may withdraw their Marketing, Model & Image(s) Release consent at any time, to do this please contact Location Location Photography in writing stating your name, address & the date of your Photography Package & once this has been received all the client(s) images will be removed from the Location Location Photography website & advertising.

Gift Vouchers

  • Location Location Photography Gift Vouchers can be purchased by a client(s) from £25.00.
  • More than one Location Location Photography Gift Vouchers can be redeemed off any Photography Package or Product(s). 
  • It is the responsibility of the recipient of the Location Location Photography's Gift Voucher to contact Team LLP to arrange a Location Location Photography Package.
  • All Location Location Photography Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 Months from the date shown on the front of the Gift Voucher. 

Discounts

  • Any discounts offered or applied are entirely at the discretion of Location Location Photography & will be deducted off Photography Packages &/or Photography Products when a Photography Package/Product Contract is completed.

Meeting, Greeting & Comfort Break's

  • Photography Packages start at the time requested by the client(s) at their chosen Location. 
  • Team LLP will take comfort breaks as required & 30 minutes every 4 hours during a client(s) chosen Photography Package Contract.
  • If the client(s) require a comfort break at any point during a Photography Contract Date then the client(s) must inform Team LLP to stop taking Photographs until the client(s) tell Team LLP to resume Photography.

Code of Conduct during a Photography Package Date

  • Team LLP do not tolerate any Anti Social Behaviour, Verbal or Physical abuse from the client(s), between client(s), between the client(s) family, friends or associates, from the client(s) towards the general public, animals or property.
  • Team LLP do not allow the client(s), associates or the general public to touch or use Location Location Photography's equipment.
  • Team LLP have the right to report any concerning issues to the correct authorities.
  • Team LLP have the right to end a Photography Package Date immediately if this Code of Conduct is not followed.

Location Location Photography reserve the right to end a Photography Package at any time if;

  • The Location is not as described by the client(s) on the Photography Package Order Form when Team LLP arrive at your chosen Location.
  • The description of requirements on the Photography Package Order Form is not clearly described by the client(s) as Team LLP will only follow the client(s) description of requirements on the Photography Package Order Form. The client(s) will not be able to make any changes or variations on the Photography Package Date.
  • Other people (family, friends, colleague's of the client(s) or animals are at the location or turn up during the Photography Package Date that Team LLP were not informed about on the Photography Package Order Form.
  • Other people & animals interfere with the client(s) Photography Package Date who are not associated with the client(s) Photography Package Order Form.
  • If Team LLP arrives at the client(s) chosen time/location & the client or client's are not present, Team LLP will attempt to contact the client(s) to find out their whereabouts. If Team LLP fails to get a response from the client(s) within 1 hour of the client(s) arranged Photography Package start time, Team LLP will cancel the client(s) Photography Package & no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Photography Package Order Form Disclaimer

  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible for loss, damage to property or injury to a client(s) or person(s) associated with the client(s) during the date of the Photography Package.
  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible for blurred images if the client(s) cannot keep a subject(s) still & calm as possible during all close up Photography.
  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible for blurred Images if the client(s) have requested that they would like subject(s) taken in motion.
  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible if any of our Photography's Equipment becomes Faulty or Damaged at any point during your Photography Package Day.
  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible if there is any Loss of Any Photographic Images which are taken on your Photography Package Day due to Corrupted Image Files, Faulty or Damaged Equipment.
  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible for any Photographic Images which are taken on your Photography Package Day that are Distorted, Blurred or Images that might contain Foreign Objects for example  (Dust Particles, Insects, Birds, People, Animals or Weather Conditions).
  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible for the Unforeseen Circumstances listed below.

Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Location Location Photography has the right to cancel any Photography Package Order Form at any time if any Unforeseen Circumstances arise (Personal or Business) which are completely out of Team LLP's control.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances usually apply to Weather Conditions, Health Conditions, Photography Equipment Failure, Vehicle Complications, Travel Restrictions or Covid-19.
  • No Refunds are given for any Unforeseen Circumstances.

Weather Conditions

  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible as Weather Conditions are completely out of our control & we will only travel when it is considered safe to do so. Team LLP will not travel in Hazardous conditions & these include Heavy Rain, A Storm, Gale Force Winds, Extreme Cold Temperatures, Lying Snow, Falling Snow/Blizzards. 
  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible if the Weather Conditions deteriorate at any point during a client(s) Photography Package Day & becomes one of the Hazardous Weather Conditions listed above then this would prevent the client(s) Photography Package Day taking place or continuing or prevent Team LLP using their Photographic Equipment.

Health Conditions 

  • The client(s) must inform Team LLP of a person(s) that are suffering from pre-existing or long term illnesses & this information will then be included in the Photography Package Order Form
  • The client(s) & Team LLP must be in reasonably good health for the Photography Package Date to commence & for the duration of the Photography Package.

Photography Equipment Failures

  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible if our Photography's Equipment is or becomes Faulty or Damaged prior or during the client(s) Photography Package Date.
  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible if something happens to the client(s) Photographic Images become corrupted.

Vehicle Complications

  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible for Vehicle complications ie breakdowns, tyre punctures, repairs that prevent Team LLP or the client(s) arriving at the Photography Package Location on Time.

Travel Restrictions

  • Team LLP cannot be held responsible if the client(s) or Team LLP are late arriving at your chosen location due to Travel Restrictions & these could include Roadworks, Traffic Jams, Road Accident's or Faulty Vehicle's.

Covid-19

  • Team LLP & the client(s) must follow the Government guidelines at all times to ensure that we all stay safe. If for any reasons local or national restrictions are put into place that prevent Team LLP or a client(s)s travelling to a Photography Package Contract Location then Team LLP will arrange an alternative Photography Package Date with the client(s). Which may incur additional costs.

No Refund Policy

  • Location Location Photography do not give refunds on any Photography Packages & all Payments are Non-Refundable under any Circumstances. Unless the item is considered faulty.
